Scott Garner serves as Vice President of Compliance and Transportation for eRisk Solutions, bringing more than three decades of experience in law enforcement, commercial vehicle enforcement, DOT and OSHA consulting, and insurance loss prevention. He advises clients on DOT audits, violations, and roadside inspections, and supports litigated matters through scene diagrams, time-and-distance analyses, deposition support, and expert testimony. Prior to joining the private sector, Scott served with the Hurst Police Department from 1991 to 2015, including Commercial Vehicle Coordinator and CRASH Coordinator. His certifications include accident reconstruction, commercial vehicle crash investigation, crash data retrieval, OSHA safety, FMCSA standards, and hazardous materials.
