Registration Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given if a written cancellation is received seven business days prior to the event start date. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or submitted through the registration system. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due will receive a cancellation invoice for the full registration amount due, and the canceling party shall be responsible for the full amount.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit cardholder. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Please allow 30 days following the conference for all refund processing.
Sponsors and Exhibitors Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given if written cancellation is not received 30 business days prior to the event start date for Sponsors or Exhibitors. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. If there are any outstanding balances due, they are still due and a cancellation invoice will be sent.
Hotel Room Reservations
All hotel room reservations must be made separately from the conference and are not to be included in the conference registration fee. All Summit group rates are available at the Ritz Carlton, on a limited basis, to registered Summit attendees. All attendees are responsible for booking and canceling their own lodging accommodations.
