Tom Fay is a Partner at Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, practicing in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. He has extensive litigation experience in transportation, construction, environmental, blasting, premises, bad faith, and product liability matters in both state and federal courts. Tom represents both plaintiffs and defendants and focuses on developing strategic, cost-effective approaches to dispute resolution and litigation. He is a member of TIDA, DRI, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the New England Chapter of the Society of Explosive Engineers. Tom earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Boston College and his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, where he served on the Law Review. He lives in Wayland with his family, is an avid runner, and serves as an elected member of the Wayland Select Board.
