Bill Burke is a DOT Compliance Specialist and FMCSA expert with eRisk Solutions bringing over twenty-two years of law enforcement experience to that role. Before joining eRisk Solutions Bill served with the New Hampshire State Police, where he was assigned to and later managed the Commercial/Motor Carrier Enforcement Unit. He remains an active member of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) and during his tenure with the State Police served as a voting member on the CVSA Vehicle Committee for eight years. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous FMCSA certifications, including Part A and B, General Hazardous Materials, Cargo Tank, DIAP & DEA 4:20 Group Hidden Assets, Level VI Transuranic Waste & HRCQ Radioactive Materials, and U.S. Department of Treasury Fuel Sampling Techniques. In his current position, Bill conducts mock DOT audits, advises FMCSA and hazardous materials regulations, provides other specialized training for members as requested and assists with commercial motor vehicle crash investigations. He is also qualified to train members, company employees, and commercial drivers on FMCSA safety programs and best practices, helping organizations uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
