Charles Hrono serves as Chief Underwriting Officer – Energy at eMaxx, where he oversees risk selection and pricing for the Energy Programs. Previously, he served as Chief Underwriting Officer – Property, Assistant Vice President of Underwriting for the South, and an eMaxx Account Manager responsible for applying underwriting guidelines to obtain new business and retain existing accounts. Prior to joining eMaxx, Charles held various roles in retail and wholesale brokerage, including Customer Service Representative, Commercial Lines Account Manager, and Wholesale Division Manager, with responsibilities including underwriting, Insurance to Value (ITV), and rating. He has also completed American Institutes Associate in Claims (AIC) courses in Claims Handling Principles and Practices, Property Loss Adjusting, and Liability Claims Practices. Drawing on his experience across all segments of the insurance industry, Charles brings a broad perspective and strong underwriting expertise to his role at eMaxx.
