Andrew Groth is the Regional Compliance and Loss Control Manager for eRisk Solutions, where he helps organizations strengthen workplace safety, reduce risk, and maintain compliance through practical risk management solutions. Previously, he served as an Account Executive for Safety Services at Thompson Safety and worked for Kwik Trip convenience stores, where he gained valuable experience in convenience store operations, safety protocols, and management practices. Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a bachelor's degree in international business and Spanish. He combines his business education with hands-on operational and compliance experience to help clients create safer workplaces and achieve lasting compliance.
