Florida signed House Bill 837 and Senate Bill 236, the so-called “Tort Reform Law,” into law on March 24, 2023. The session will address how the new law significantly impacts defense litigation management in Florida and beyond.

Claims and Risk Management Member Family Feud

eMaxx is bringing on a new game show format of Member Family Feud. Two teams will compete to guess the most popular answers to claims and risk management questions.

Post-Accident Emergency Response Refresher

This session will provide a refresher on the important emergency measures that can be taken – preserve evidence, chain of custody, driver statements, drug and alcohol testing, as well as photo documentation of the accident scene.

Driver Monitoring: It’s More than  a License

It only takes one employee with a suspended license. Continuous driver monitoring removes the uncertainty between periodic Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reviews and provides critical real-time information. A discussion about the importance of monitoring driver qualifications beyond the submission of a valid license.

Preventive Vehicle Maintenance
