Jason defends employers, insurers, self-insured employers, and municipalities in workers’ compensation and employer liability matters throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has extensive litigation experience, including numerous jury trials to verdict, and has represented clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, Maryland Circuit Courts, Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Maryland Court of Appeals, the Washington, D.C. Office of Workers’ Compensation, D.C. Administrative Hearings Division, District of Columbia Compensation Review Board, and District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Jason develops creative and aggressive defense strategies for a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, small businesses, municipalities, hospitals, hotels, construction firms, pharmaceutical companies, food service and retail establishments, and assisted living facilities.
