Steven Bolognese is a partner at TKCK, which he joined in 2007. Prior to practicing law, he held leadership positions with US Airways and United Airlines, managing customer service, operations, and human resources. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation matters under Massachusetts and federal law, including the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as well as employment law. He also maintains an active interest in aviation law and is a licensed private pilot. Mr. Bolognese earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from New England School of Law in 2007 and is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
