During his years of practice, he has taken numerous jury trials to verdict, securing favorable results for clients. Throughout his career, Jason has represented clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, Maryland Circuit Courts, Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Maryland Court of Appeals, the Washington, D.C. Office of Workers’ Compensation, Washington, D.C. Administrative Hearings Division, District of Columbia Compensation Review Board, and District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
