Ron Pearsall is the Regional Vice President of Compliance and Loss Control with eRisk Solutions. He brings extensive experience in safety and transportation leadership, with expertise in logistics, operations, maintenance, and sales. Ron is known for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and innovative safety programs. He works closely with Members to ensure legislative and OSHA compliance, employee training, and adherence to policies, procedures, and industry best practices. A graduate of Rowan University, Ron’s professional experience includes roles with the FMCSA as a consultant, Virginia State Police, Liberty Coca-Cola, XPO Logistics, and Estes Express Lines.
