Ronald has been with eRisk over three years as a Regional Safety Manager primarily in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is a graduate from Rowan University with degrees in History and Criminal Justice. Ronald is a 35+ year veteran of the transportation industry with experience in operations, sales, maintenance and safety in the LTL, Truckload, Domestic & International Air Freight, Dry Bulk, Rail and Liquid Bulk fields. He is certified as a Safety Director and Trainer through NATMI, Smith System Trainer, CPR & AED Trainer, Accident Investigator, PEC Flagger & H2S, MHSA Coal Mine Driver and above Grounds Apprentice Coal Miner. He is also certified in FDA Food Safety for Carrier Awareness and is a holder of a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He has worked as a Transportation Safety Specialist for the FMCSA and the Virginia State Police, and conducted over 1,000 New Entry Safety Audits, Compliance Reviews and Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspections.
