Christopher Stratton has been aggressively litigating cases throughout Florida for over two decades. As Senior Partner, he has been with the firm for over 21 years. From Jacksonville to Key West…from the Panhandle to Palm Beach, Christopher effectively defends major corporations and insured individuals in various types of civil cases including automobile negligence, construction and industrial accidents (waste/gas/oil/energy industries), insurance coverage issues, negligent security, premises liability, products liability, professional negligence, property damage, public entity defense, transportation and trucking, wrongful death, toxic torts, and subrogation. Although he is a defense attorney, Christopher has the unique experience of having successfully recovered a settlement or verdict of $1 Million or more for a subrogation client. Christopher has also been involved in defending newsworthy claims arising from the Deep-Water Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and the Champlain Towers South condominium collapse in Surfside. Christopher is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a past committee member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
