Andria Alvarez Wymer is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Planning for Applied Construction Solutions and Energy Transportation, based in Bridgeport, WV. As a third-generation member of her family’s businesses, she develops and oversees programs and initiatives that advance the companies’ short- and long-term goals. Wymer serves on the Boards of Directors for the Gas and Oil Association of West Virginia, where she is Vice-Chair of the Communication and Education Committee, Associated Builders and Contractors of WV, where she previously served as Chairman in 2023, and Mon Health Medical Center. She is also an active member of ABC National, the Contractors Association of West Virginia, and the Federal Reserve’s North Central West Virginia Industry Round Table. Wymer previously served on the WVU Cancer Institute Leadership Council from 2022 to 2025 and volunteers with Building Hope and the Meadbrook Children’s Charity. She is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned degrees in Public Relations and Multidisciplinary Studies in 2013, followed by an MBA in 2014. Her professional accomplishments include the WV State Journal Business Leadership Award for COO of the Year, selection to WV Executive Magazine’s 2026 Young Guns class, and recognition as a 2020 Generation Next 40 Under 40 honoree. She was also recognized by the Contractors Association of West Virginia in 2018 as a woman leader in the construction industry.
