Lindsey Lewis is a Principal at Franklin & Prokopik, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation and liability defense throughout Central and Southeastern Virginia. Her experience includes automobile and transportation liability, construction, restaurant and food service, retail, employment, premises, professional liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home claims. Prior to joining Franklin & Prokopik, Ms. Lewis served as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the Fairfax County Circuit Court and worked for a defense firm in Washington, D.C. She earned both her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia and is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as the applicable federal courts. She is also a member of the Virginia Bar Association and serves as Vice Chair of the Professional Liability Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
