Steve Rogers joined eRisk Solutions in 2021 and currently serves as Regional Vice President of Compliance and Loss Control in the West. He brings more than 35 years of experience in management and supervisory training, employee development, and business operations analysis and planning. Steve supports the oil and gas, solar power, health and fitness, industrial coating, and transportation industries, where he has conducted training for more than 3,500 employees nationwide. His training programs cover core safety, environmental hazardous materials, and commercial driver training. As a public speaker, Steve specializes in self-awareness, skill building, and conflict resolution. He is a graduate of San Diego State University.
