Robert Walling III, FCAS, MAAA, CERA, brings 37 years of experience in actuarial consulting and is a recognized subject matter expert in actuarial, risk management, and commercial insurance matters. A thought leader in the property and casualty industry, Rob is a sought-after speaker at client, educational, and industry events and regularly presents emerging issues affecting the insurance and captive insurance sectors. He is frequently engaged to provide expert testimony on a wide range of matters in jurisdictions across the country and serves as appointed actuary and/or loss reserve specialist for numerous domestic and international insurance companies, risk retention groups, captive insurance companies, and self-insurance programs. Rob has also advised more than 20 state insurance departments and government insurance programs.
