Nicholas Paquette, Esq., is a Partner on the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Industry Team, with a practice focused on corporate and regulatory law. His experience includes extended warranty and service contract programs, insurance agent and agency licensing, insurance and health care privacy, reinsurance transactions, and captive insurance matters. Nicholas represents insurers and other industry participants in a range of corporate transactions and restructurings and advises clients on regulatory affairs, filings, and interactions with state insurance departments and other state and federal agencies. He also counsels service contract providers, insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and health care entities on regulatory matters affecting their businesses. Prior to practicing law, Nicholas served as a finance and insurance executive with an international insurance company, where he focused primarily on automobile extended service contracts and captive insurance matters.
