Mary C. Paul, AIC, is Vice President of eRisk Claims at eMaxx, where she has served since 2015. She leads and directs the claims team to ensure timely, thorough, and effective investigations of liability, property damage, vehicle damage, and related claims, while also overseeing the vehicle appraisal team. Mary serves as a key point of coordination with the litigation team and represents the company in interactions with brokers, members, vendors, legal counsel, and claims adjusters. A licensed claims adjuster in more than 20 states; she has worked in the insurance industry since 1993. Her career began in commercial lines rating, later expanded into personal lines, and ultimately focused on claims handling across both personal and commercial lines of business.
