Chris Russin heads Davies’ U.S. captive operations and brings more than 25 years of experience in the captive insurance industry. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University, along with 20 years of experience in the Bermuda captive insurance market and five years in the U.S. captive sector. His expertise includes captive management, financial operations, regulatory compliance, captive formations, feasibility studies, business plan development, regulatory licensing, financial reporting, and board governance. Throughout his career, Chris has worked with a broad range of captive structures, including single-parent, group, agency, reciprocal, and risk retention group captives.
