Lewis Brisbois

Blake Hill is a Partner in the Boise office of Lewis Brisbois, licensed in Idaho, Utah, and Montana. He represents regional, national, and multinational clients in litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and internal investigations, with a focus on transportation, construction, personal injury, and product liability matters. Blake has extensive experience defending transportation clients through pre-litigation investigations and trial, as well as manufacturers and distributors of automotive, industrial, recreational, and consumer products in complex product liability cases. He has achieved successful results at trial and on appeal, including defense verdicts in wrongful death cases and summary judgment victories. While in law school, Blake served as an online editor for the Journal of Law and Policy in International Business, participated in the Georgetown University Law Center Criminal Justice Clinic, and was a member of his university’s nationally qualifying mock trial team.
