Carlamarie Lanigan, Esq.

Carla Lanigan is an Assistant Vice President of Litigation Management and oversees defense counsel for litigated claims. She has extensive experience in complex litigation managing defense, collections, subrogation, and compliance. Prior to joining eMaxx, she held various positions including at an international law firm and as an assistant city solicitor. In addition, she worked as an executive editor for the New England Journal focusing on criminal and civil confinement. Carla earned her J.D. from New England Law – Boston and B.A. in psychology with a minor in biology from Boston University. She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Massachusetts and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
