Alex Basilevsky is a trial attorney and partner in Obermayer's Litigation and Environmental Departments. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation and environmental law. He often represents clients in litigation driven by the complex expert testimony of a technical and/or scientific nature, including environmental, complex trucking accidents, gas explosions and fire cases. Alex has represented a wide array of clients, including a number of companies in the energy industry in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware in both State and Federal Court. He is involved in all aspects of these matters, beginning with immediate post-incident investigations all the way through trial.
