Will Martin is an experienced trial lawyer representing businesses in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. His practice focuses on all types of premises liability, commercial transportation, and product liability cases. Will has represented clients as national, local, and trial counsel in more than 35 states. Will has been named to the 2024 Best Lawyers in America in the area of Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants.
