Vincent Moreno has more than 30 years of experience in health, safety, environmental compliance, and project management, he brings extensive expertise in OSHA and DOT compliance, injury prevention, risk management, accident investigation, employee training, auditing, and safety program development. His industry experience spans oil and gas, pipeline transportation, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, food processing, and personnel staffing. He holds numerous professional certifications in areas including DOT Operator Qualifications, First Aid/CPR/AED, crane and rigging safety, trenching and excavation, and accident investigation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he also brings experience in training, crew supervision, heavy equipment operations, and the development and implementation of safety procedures and programs.
