Tricia A. Swann has comprehensive experience in business and commercial litigation. She has represented numerous mid-size to large corporate entities involved in various types of commercial litigation, including contractual litigation, construction litigation, products liability, personal injury defense litigation (including national trucking entities), Directors & Officers liability litigation, architect/engineer professional negligence defense and property management. She has also defended corporations in wrongful termination matters brought by former employees and represented physicians in breach of contract matters with health care institutions. Ms. Swann also has substantial experience in the representation of facilities management corporate entities in a wide variety of service industries within the commercial sector, with a focus on contract drafting with respect to insurance, defense/indemnity and claim resolution provisions. An experienced trial attorney, Ms. Swann has assisted national service industry contractors navigate the challenges and liabilities that can arise from contractual subcontractor relationships. Ms. Swann’s representation has effectively reduced and, in some cases, eliminated liability claim costs and, further, has promoted substantially reduced liability coverage premiums (in the millions) for her clients. She has favorably arbitrated hundreds of disputes on behalf of her clients and has successfully litigated in both trial and appellate courts.
