Rueben serves as the DOT Compliance Specialist at eRisk Solutions. He recently retired from the Louisiana State Police at the rank of Lieutenant after 27 years of service. Since 2008, Rueben was part of the Transportation Safety Services within LSP where he supervised commissioned and civilian personnel performing new entrant safety audits, compliance review investigations, roadside inspections, towing & recovery enforcement and mobile weight enforcement. The last 2 years of Rueben’s career was spent coordinating the grant provided to the Louisiana State Police by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. He holds certifications in NAS Part A, NAS Part B, General Hazardous Materials, Cargo Tank Inspection, Other Bulk Inspection, Compliance Review Investigations and New Entrant Safety Audits.
