Michelle Cumberland serves as Corporate Counsel for eMaxx Assurance Group of Companies. She has more than 20 years of legal experience in commercial litigation, corporate governance, and risk management. Her practice has included advising businesses, contractors, and sureties on contractual risk allocation, indemnity, insurance requirements, corporate compliance, environmental compliance, and complex disputes. Michelle is licensed to practice law in Mississippi, Louisiana, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and also serves as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve.
