Lawson McInnis is Vice President of Ceded Reinsurance at eMaxx. His focus includes structuring and managing ceded reinsurance programs, developing strategic reinsurance relationships, retention design, fund structures, and variable cost risk solutions. He works closely with internal teams and reinsurance partners to develop data-driven solutions that support long-term risk management objectives. Prior to joining eMaxx, Lawson spent five years with Captive Resources working with group captive members. His professional background also includes experience across construction, engineering, and financial services. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Management.
