Kimberly A. Wah is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Section. Her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, automobile accident, and premises liability claims, as well as federal litigation involving the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) and civil enforcement and regulatory matters involving the automotive industry. A seasoned trial attorney with more than 15 years of courtroom experience, Ms. Wah previously served as a prosecutor, where she tried more than 40 jury trials involving homicide, sexual assault, human trafficking, economic crimes, and other complex matters. Her extensive trial background provides a strong foundation for strategic and effective representation in high-stakes litigation.
