Greg Holleran

Greg is the DOT Safety Director for Universal Environmental Services (UES). UES is the largest used oil collector in the southeast, serving over 13,000 customers. UES covers 26 states and has over 425 pieces of servicing equipment with 300 drivers who collect over 85 million gallons of used oil a year. Greg has an extensive background in DOT compliance. He began his transportation career in the US Army, where he served for 5 years. His knowledge of transportation while in the US Army catapulted him into a disciplined approach in the civilian sector. Greg served the LTL (Less Than Truckload) field for over 20 years and brings a personal approach to his coaching methods. Greg believes it is easier to coach someone into doing the right thing than it is to replace them.
