Derek Lamparelli joined the family business three years ago. He is involved in almost every aspect of the heating oil and commercial fleet refueling side of the business from deliveries, customer service, product procurement, hiring and training employees, financial analysis, to long-term planning. He started his professional career at Epic, where he worked with hospitals to implement billing software. He graduated from Indiana University in 2021 with majors in both Finance and Accounting.
