Danielle Vasconcelos-Smith

Danielle is Assistant Vice President of Member Relations for eMaxx Assurance Group of Companies. With over 9 years of experience, she is responsible for supporting the captive operations, and managing member relationships and compliance. She has assisted with the implementation and coordination of initiatives including new Member onboarding and Risk Management Review along with the Company’s member-centric technology platform development. In addition to her current position, she has held roles within claims where she supported daily operations and assisted with member and broker relationships. Danielle is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors in Hospitality Management.
