Charles Boucher is an Area Vice President at Gallagher in Mount Laurel, NJ, where he has been the regional Petroleum Practice leader for the past six years. Charles also serves as a sales and niche specialty group mentor for new producers within the region. With over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry, Charles has spent his entire career with a strong focus on transportation, petroleum and energy. He began his career as a retail insurance broker before spending 10 years as the Regional Vice President for one of the largest insurance and risk management program managers in the energy and transportation industry while helping the program transition successfully into a captive program administrator. Charles graduated Cum Laude from Rowan University and enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and 2 grandchildren.
