Cassie Sealing is the Owner and CEO of Marine Management Inc., doing business as Commercial Carpet Logistics, an asset-based trucking company specializing in LTL flooring deliveries throughout the East Coast and Midwest. She joined the family business in sales in 2008 and advanced through every area of operations, personally developing the company’s first safety program and leading driver safety meetings. In 2023, Cassie purchased the company from her father and has since led its growth from two locations and 45 team members to six locations, 100 team members, and a fleet of 70 trucks. In 2025, she received the Vistage Worldwide Leadership Excellence Award for the Mid-Atlantic region.
