Brett Timmons for the first 10 years practiced primarily in medical malpractice defending physicians, hospitals and healthcare providers across the State of Texas and Florida. Briefly he served as Senior Counsel for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas managing its litigation and transition during the challenging times of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. For the past 10 years, Mr. Timmons has served as a trial counsel in defending healthcare providers, trucking companies, construction firms, business owners and professionals in personal injury and professional liability suits across the State of Texas.
