Amy Lussier

Amy Lussier is the Chief Financial Officer at eMaxx Assurance Group of Companies and is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. Before joining eMaxx, she served as Controller at Fuze, Inc., an enterprise cloud communication and contact center platform, and was responsible for global accounting operations. Amy also held positions at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, serving a variety of clients including accelerated public filers, smaller-scale public clients and venture backed- start-ups in the life sciences and technology industries, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers supporting both corporate and private equity clients on the buy and sell side financial due diligence for life sciences, software, manufacturing and consumer products. In addition, she managed the accounting function at Fidelis Cybersecurity, a provider of enterprise network security services including threat detection, hunting and response through platform solutions. Ms. Lussier earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from the College of the Holy Cross.
