Amanda Hilty, Esq.

Amanda S. Hilty is a shareholder at Bair Hilty. She has practiced civil litigation in Texas since 1988. She is a graduate of the University of Houston with a B.A Degree and received a J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law in 1987. She is admitted to practice in all Texas State and Federal District Courts, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Amanda has a varied litigation practice. She has handled all types of personal injury lawsuits including products liability, premises defects, deceptive trade practices, wrongful death & survivorship, and other tort actions. She has particular expertise in cases involving the trucking industry and has represented some of the largest trucking companies in the nation. She also has expertise in complex and high-exposure cases and is involved in handling multi-million dollar construction cases. Amanda also has experience in labor and employment law cases. She has successfully defended one of the largest trucking companies in the United States in a retaliatory discharge case. High exposure litigation, document and issue-intensive commercial litigation are of particular interest and enjoyment. She was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2014 and 2015.
