Don R. Houde

Don Houde serves as the Regional Vice President of Safety & Loss Prevention of the Midwest region. He has a wide area of knowledge both in general industry and construction through his work in multiple areas of each industry. He has an extensive background in Health & Safety, Hazardous Materials and Fire Investigations. Prior to joining eRisk Solutions, Don was the Safety Director for Downeast Energy and was responsible for their Safety Program. He also has worked with TMC Environmental as a Corporate Safety Manager. At TMC Environmental, he was responsible for their safety program and creating site specific Health and Safety plans. Don has 30 years in the fire service, with 10 years spent as a fire investigator. He is currently a HazMat Specialist and holds both State and Federal Certifications Specializing in loss prevention and petroleum products.
