William Burke

William Burke is a DOT Compliance Specialist and FMCSA expert within eRisk Solutions. Before joining eRisk Solutions, Bill was with the New Hampshire State Police and has approximately twenty years of experience in law enforcement. Prior to honorably retiring from the New Hampshire State Police, Bill was assigned to and later managed the Commercial/Motor Carrier Enforcement Unit.  He is certified in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Part A and B, FMCSA General Hazardous Materials, FMCSA Cargo Tank Certified, FMCSA DIAP & DEA 4:20 Group Hidden Assets Certified, FMCSA Level VI Transuranic Waste & HRCQ Radioactive Materials Certified and is qualified as United States Department of Treasury Fuel Sample Techniques technician.  With eRisk Solutions, Bill’s responsibilities include conducting mock DOT audits, providing guidance on FMCSA and hazardous materials regulations, and assisting with commercial motor vehicle crash investigations. Additionally, Bill is qualified to train members and company employees and companies’ drivers on FMCSA safety programs and practices, helping to ensure that Members maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
