Timothy A. Charshaf

Timothy Charshaf is a 3rd generation, native San Franciscan. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the California State University Chico and subsequently a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Charshaf is licensed to practice, and has practiced, law in California and Montana state and federal courts for over 32 years. His private practice during this time focused on business, commercial, and real estate law. A main focus of Timothy’s business-related practice has been on liability prevention, indemnification, defend and hold harmless protections, corporate compliance, powers and duties of officers and directors, operational-related legal matters, and all related litigation. He has tried many jury and bench trials and has argued in both state and federal appellate courts. Mountain F. Enterprises, Inc. and related, commonly-owned entities (Mountain Companies) and Mr. Charshaf began a working relationship in 2016. Timothy became a fulltime employee of Zemog Management Company, LLC in 2019 – an entity dedicated to providing legal and other professional services and representation solely to the Mountain Companies. His representation of the Mountain Companies is a continuation of his business-oriented practice. He is engaged, in addition to other matters, in the extensive review and comment relating to major utility companies’ Master Service Agreements under which some Mountain Companies operate. Timothy further reviews and drafts subcontracts pursuant to which work is performed by Mountain Companies’ subcontractors.
