Jessica Lanphier

Jessica Lanphier has been at Hill Petroleum for over 15 years. Jessica’s Current role at Hill Petroleum is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Risk Management, with over 20 years of experience providing guidance and leadership. She is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.   Jessica also handles regulatory compliance, loss control, claims management, and Risk Management expertise.  Jessica is a member of the Colorado Motor Carriers Association, SHRM, and HR Colorado.
