Jacqueline Leahy is an associate in the Portland office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. She has helped clients across technology, healthcare, insurance, financial and other industry sectors respond to privacy and cybersecurity incidents. Jacqueline has an LLM in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London and previously worked in-house at a global foreign currency exchange company on numerous contracts pertaining to the GDPR, the CCPA, the NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation, as well as software as a service and platform as a service. Jacqueline also currently assists clients in complying with privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR and the CCPA.
