Charles J. Hrono

Charles Hrono serves as Chief Underwriting Officer of Property and is responsible for risk selection and pricing. Prior to his current position, Charles served as an Assistant Vice President, Underwriting for the South, and prior to that, and eMaxx Account Manager and was responsible for implementing eMaxx Underwriting Guidelines to profitably obtain new business and retain existing accounts. Before joining eMaxx, he was in the retail and wholesale brokerage business for several years as a Customer Service Representative, Commercial Lines Account Manager and Wholesale Division Manager. Charles duties in these positions included underwriting, managing Insurance to Value (ITV) and rating. Charles has completed the American Institutes Associate in Claims (AIC) courses in Claims Handling Principles and Practices, Property Loss Adjusting and Liability Claims Practices. With his experience in all segments of the insurance industry, Charles has effectively applied this to his underwriting position at eMaxx.
