Wade Wilkinson, Esq.

Wade Wilkinson is an Assistant Vice President of Litigation Management and focuses on providing oversight to defense counsel for litigated claims. He has extensive experience in complex litigation including consumer class actions, employment and labor class actions, contract disputes and real estate, general commercial and general liability litigation. Prior to joining eMaxx, he was associated with several prominent law firms where he gained extensive litigation experience in both federal and state court. He earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University (cum laude), and his B.A. in broadcast journalism from Ithaca College. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Second, Third and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
